Any investors in the Tampa area?
I am local to the Tampa area and feel more comfortable investing here than OOS. Looking for agents who invest here (and surrounding areas) themselves and are possibly open to partnering on some deals. Not looking to flip or do heavy renovations. Care more about cash flow than appreciation but okay with cash flow not being super large as I know it's difficult to cash flow here currently.
Even if you're a newbie here, please reach out. Would love someone to bounce ideas off of and learn from as well.
