Landowner looking to partner with developer
Hello, I own 6 acres of land in rural southwest Georgia, 30 mins south of Albany, GA; 1 hour north of Tallahassee. I recently had the land clear last year. I'm looking to partner with a developer who may be interested in rural development. The property is currently zoned R2 which allows for a plethora of options including MFH, SFH, etc. It's close to a railroad track. It's located in the county but it has access to city water/sewage as well as highspeed cable internet in the area. I'm looking for any resources/contacts that this may interest.
Looking for
