Looking for realtor to help find tenant for out of state owner

Hi,

I'm looking for a realtor to help screen applicants and facilitate move-in for my home in GA. 3BR, 2.5BA in a nice HOA community in Woodstock. Home will be vacant on June 1

I am looking for a long term relationship with a realtor, both in facilitating of future investments, and in helping to keep this unit occupied.
