Hey Kasey! We are Salt+Light Builders a design/build firm, My partner and I are both Licensed Architects and Contractors doing work in the Charlotte area. We have done historic neighborhood work, additions and new construction. Were actively looking for work in the area and would be interested to connect!

We  also do Architectural Consulting where we work for homeowner, buyers, sellers realtors, and investors to evaluate and assess homes and properties. We prioritize issues, recommend repairs or improvements, and offer guidance on maintaining and/or increasing the property's value.
