I live in Humble, a suburb of Houston. I have joined BP to network with like minded people interested in Real Estate. I concentrate on Cooperative Living or Shared Living spaces. This strategy yields higher returns in all metrics than traditional resedential rental spaces. My marketing efforts have built a network of consistant referral base for people interested living in a community environment.
