Cash Out Refinance at 80%
Hi, does any lenders on here do cash out refinance up to 80% the ARV? The property is in Texas. I am currently working on a rehab loan till June but would like to see what terms some lenders offer. I am looking for a 80% cash out refinance for 30 years what includes the taxes and insurance in the payment. I would also like to know that the lender supports local appraisers, as out of town appraisers tend to low ball everything and tend to kill deals. I would be willing to consider 75% if the rates are pretty good. Please reach out and let me know.
Purchase Price - 47k
Rehab - 32k (New roof, electrical box, exterior paint, all new windows, new stoves, vanities, toilets, and some landscaping)
All in is - 79k
ARV is 100-120k.
