Looking for Bank Statement Lender

Hello all,

I have a client looking to purchase in Cleveland, OH. They have had a successful business open for 9 months now. They are looking for bank statement loans as they want to purchase a cheap primary residence ($70-80k purchase price) but do not have 2 years of tax returns. DSCR loans are not an option since this would be a primary residence and not an investment. Please let me know if any of you can handle this!
