Good morning!

We would like to give early access to BP participants! We have an off market 8 plex that is for sale for $1,200,000 located in N. Ft Myers, FL 33917.

It is located just over the bridge that goes into Downtown Ft Myers and is desirable for tenants. The current rent roll is $10,000 with upside of $11,000+. They have a couple of the units rented at $1,400 which includes water as the units are not separately metered. According to the owner this is a turnkey property with zero work that needs to be done. There were new roofs put on in 2023 and remodel permits pulled in 2022. We have financials and rent rolls available.
