Looking for 15% down on portfolio loan
Hello everyone. I am looking to 1031 a quadplex I’m finishing in the next month or so for a portfolio of properties in the Cleveland area. Ideally it would be a 15% down 15 or 30 year term with or without pmi. The property values would be between 65,000 and 75,000 and I’d be looking at buying between 35 and 45 properties depending on what exactly my quadplex sells for and also the prices/terms I get on the Cleveland deal. If anyone knows of a lender that could make this work please point me in their direction! I’d appreciate it.
