Hello BiggerPockets family, I am a somewhat new investor looking to fix-n-flip and build rental portfolio in Tennessee (Memphis and surrounding areas). I am looking to connect with an experienced partner/mentor in the Tennessee and/or Mississippi areas. Someone who can give guidance and partner on a few deals (50-50 or 75-25).
