Looking for interested investors
Hi I'm an American, been living in Thailand for more than 30 years.
My Thai family and I have a real estate development company here. We've been concentrating on new residential home development. We've designed, built and have sold 26 homes over the past 4 years. We have a new project in progress which is 6 homes. 2 completed and sold and another 3 sold and are under construction now.
We've just purchased a plot of land in the Beach resort town of Pattaya, Thailand. We're planning on 8 high-end luxurious homes there.
We are very interested in expanding our operations. We want to target all income levels of potential home buyers. From lower, middle, and upper class families.
My family and I have decided that we'd like to bring in an investor. We do have bank financing. But it's structured as project loans and only given out as each phase of construction is completed. Very slow and time consuming.
For the right candidate we are willing to offer a very generous return on investment.
We've been very successful as we are very stringent in our research of the real estate industry here.
Note: During the COVID pandemic crisis we built and sold 22 houses and we're all sold before being constructed.
