Hi Everyone,

I own a 3 family NOO in Connecticut and have been trying to find a bank who will do a equity loan at 75% LTV. Has anyone recently had any success? Or knows of any banks that do this right now?

The last time a pulled money out of one of my investments properties I used the University of Michigan Credit Union.
