Joint Venture Partner

Hello All,

I have two properties that I'm looking to joint Venture with the right person. These properties are located in the Petersburg, VA area. One is a 2/1 house the other is a 4/2 duplex. Looking for someone who must have a credit score of 680 or above with available capital of 5k.
