Need Private Money Lender Asap

I have never looked for lending this way, but I have a property that I want to buy ASAP the is on the lake. Lake homes are about $900,000 to 5,000,000 on the lake. This home is distressed and listed at $419,000. If I can get for $450,000 and put in $50K to $100K I could refinance, sell, would like to use as Short Term Rental. Any way to help me get in the game on this would be GREAT!

Hi Duane! Are you looking for a private lender to fund the entire deal or do you have cash available to put into the deal? Hard money lenders can usually go up to 90% of the purchase price and 100% of the rehab budget, depending on credit score. I'm not sure of the entirety of your situation, i'll DM you!
