Looking for CPA in TEXAS

Hey BiggerPockets,

I am currently looking for a CPA in Texas that has a focus on real estate investing.  I currently own a land flipping business (living in Austin) and am looking for someone that not only knows the ropes, but is also open to helping their clients understand how to structure their business, transactions, etc. in a favorable way (basically helping me learn as we work together).  I invest out of state (predominately NC, SC, and FL), but the company is HQ'd in TX.

Any recommendations or introductions are greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Dan

The rules of Bigger Pockets prohibit us accountants from saying "I can help" publicly or from sending you a PM offering help. Granted, some people ignore these rules, but I'm among those who respect it.

You can browse this forum, see who answers tax questions and how. Next to our names, you can see our credentials and our geographic location, although location does not really matter, frankly. As you know, Texas does not have state taxation, and you invest across multiple states that do have state taxation.

The main benefit of finding people by browsing this forum is that all of us are real estate specialists. And you can assess our technical competence and personalities by reading our responses. Once you find people you are interested in working with, send them a PM. Then we can talk. But you must initiate the conversation.
