Full Transparency Seeking A Wholesale Mentor In NY
Quick intro but hey everyone my name is Henry based out of NYC. I started my real estate journey two years ago with my best friend when we tried to buy our first property and it went to complete shambles an hour before closing time (yes literally an hour before). That could be a story for another time that I would not mind sharing in the future.
As for this post I'm seeking someone to be a resource for guidance and questions when needed. I'm a huge believer in that all the hard work and effort has to 100% come from my end, I just need a mentor from NY to reference when I do have those questions etc that will come up. It would mean a lot and I hope someone out there can help me out.
Even just replying on this thread so I know who to reach out to would mean a lot. I plan on taking wholesaling serious as my back is against the wall. I say that to hopefully show how serious I am about this. Appreciate you all taking the time to read this!
