Hey everyone,

Me and my two business partners are currently doing fix and flip, as well as BRRR - completely off shore.

We want to start mastering the niche of Self storage units.

We are looking for mentorship, or any recommended programs to help us succeed and conduct our first deal.

We need someone that can assist us with doing this off shore (although we do intend to come to the properties 4 times a year)
