Looking for Multifamily in NJ

Hello, 

I’m gearing up to dive into real estate investing and aiming to snag my first multifamily property before the year wraps up. I’ve got around $400k to play with, but I know that kind of budget might mean slim pickings in Jersey.

Anyone got the inside scoop on where I could find some good options? I’m all ears for any advice or hot leads you can throw my way!

Hi @Joseph Elci North New Jersey is where my wife and I got to Fi.  We purchased our first duplex in 2015 with $100k to our name.   With $400k  you can go far depending on strategy you implement.  NJ is great place to invest especially in terms of appreciation of property and rents.
