Hou, TX General Contractor Reference Needed for Balcony Leak Repair

My rental property has a leak (when it rains) from the 3rd floor balcony that is getting into the 2nd floor main living spaces. It's looking like potential mold problems and hoping to avoid structural damage.

My insurance has denied the claim for complicated technical reasons that I've already filed the BBB complaint. With that said, I'll be looking to repair this right so I can sell it after, and the repair will be fully be out of pocket vs from insurance funding.

Looking to speak with a GC I can trust that has already been verified by the BP community. Thanks!
