Non-QM BRRRR Financing option
Conventional financing is not an option anymore since I'm at the 10 max investment properties , I'm Looking for a lender than will lend up to %75 of the new appraised value (ARV), Not %75 of the cash purchase price, this is a delayed financing scenario within seasoning period.
