Make ready team needed

We are looking for a make ready team that matches the pricing of our current contractors which is $20-$30 per hour. We have enough work to keep a crew busy for a few weeks, about 7 make readys and the work orders for current tenants are trickling in at a steady pace.  

Any suggestions would be helpful! Our property manager had to quit on Friday due to a family emergency and it has been years since I have personally managed our long terms. I used to frequent Thumbtack and google to find new crews but that ended up poorly 95% of the time regardless of the good reviews.
