Private money lender needed
Greetings, I am a new real estate investor is San Antonio, Tx. and would like some recommendations for dependable private money lenders to contact. I am purchasing single family homes for fix and flips in the San Antonio area. I have a great team to work with that includes a General Contractor, a transaction coordinator and a great real estate agent. I am a member of the Alamo REIA, The Flipping Mastery program through Jerry Norton and a member of the Pace Morby Gator program. There are so many PML options online but I would really like to connect with a PML that others have worked with and strongly recommend.

Hey @Debbie Weber I am also in Alamo Investors. There are lenders that are sponsors who PAY to be included in the newsletters and are at the events. Use one of them. There are also a few other bigger lenders who do fix and flip loans here in San Antonio.
