Hi everyone,

I'm new to investing and just got a house under contract with over $150K in equity. I'm considering taking on the project myself but need a private lender for repairs. However, I'm also open to selling the contract. If anyone's interested or has advice, please reach out! Will be happy to have a sit down and meeting with any interested people.
