Hello - I am in need of a property manager in Tampa for two units, mid/long term rentals - someone who is reliable, hands on, easy to work with, proactive and responsive. I am looking for someone with a network as I need assistance with tenant placement. Please share any referrals, thanks in advance BP Community.

When searching for a property manager in Tampa for your mid/long-term rentals, it's essential to find someone reliable, hands-on, and responsive. Look for a manager with a solid track record and reputation, thorough tenant screening, and a strong network for tenant placement. They should be proactive in maintenance, communicate effectively, and be knowledgeable about the Tampa market to maximize rental income. Comprehensive services like rent collection, property inspections, legal compliance, and financial reporting are also crucial. Choose someone professional, organized, and transparent in their operations. I'll send you a PM to discuss more!
