DSCR financing with House Max USA

Has anyone used House Max USA for DSCR financing recently? There rates are really good, but I never hear anything about them..... Looking for someone with recent experience

They are typically more focused on the hard money space than DSCR in my experience - how are you shopping for rates though? Rates are really up and down and moving rapidly recently so to really get a grasp on the market need to keep refreshing

 Yes, loan rates always fluctuate greatly sometimes hourly. But I have compared the same property with several lenders on the same day and house max is 1% less than the others however I just feel a little sketchy about them and was looking for a real person experience using them
