Seeking Investor Advice for Triplex Development

Hello, I'm a realtor in North Platte, Nebraska. My brokerage has secured a deal for a new development in our town, with ground-breaking for triplexes set to happen next month. The developer is still seeking investors for this project. Does anyone have any advice on how to find investors?

You can post on here in the classifieds section or in the Find Deals tab. Attending meetups is helpful but it really depends on how quickly you're looking to find people verses cultivating long term relationships.
