Looking for good Flipping Books

Hey all! 

I am a Realtor, Active Duty member, Real Estate Investor and big rehabber in Texas! I have a handful of long term rentals and have assisted in short term rentals, but only by so much. A business partner of mine and I are getting into flipping soon, and I have learned a lot through my other experience, but I am reaching out to see if y'all have any suggestions for books regarding flipping.
