Looking for projects
I've dabbled in fix and flip and vacation rentals. I've also purchased some tax defaulted properties (2) in the past. Now that I'm retired from my H/R career, I'd like to become more active. Right now I'm very interested in multi family but haven't purchased more than a triplex ( Pepper st, Pasadena, CA) . I'm thinking a triplex or fourplex would be interesting .
