Seeking STR Mentor
Looking to build my knowledge related to short term rentals. Looking to acquire one in the twin cities market for both revenue generation and to utilize when I am back to purchase a LTR or to stay at when I am performing tenant turnovers of our LTR portfolio (which happens periodically). Versed investor, however, STR I have not touched. Looking to understand things to look out for and someone willing to specifically walk me through the tools and analysis steps they take in evaluating an STR investment opportunity.
