Business partner separation

My business partner recently changed all the passwords on me and I have no access to anything for a LLC that is 100% in my name along with the three properties we were trying to sell that I'm the grantor on trying to go our separate ways. The three properties are active Airbnb's. I haven't received a profit from these Airbnb's, only paying down debts for these properties and debts created during our time doing business together. Please HELP!!! ASAP!
