Short-Term Bridge Financing Options

BP - I'm looking for lenders in the Northeast (RI, CT, PA) that offer short-term fixed rate bridge debt. Does anyone have any lenders that fit this criteria? I'm an opportunistic buyer and most deals I'm screening will be under 1.25x DSCR so want to understand my financing options.
