I am looking to purchase my next property to BRRRR. I have completed a successful BRRRR in the poconos of PA that is rented out as a LTR. I loved the process of it and want to buy my next one ASAP. I'm located outside of Philadelphia and would like to focus local to me and also I have been looking virtually in Raleigh, NC.
