Hello Everyone! After almost 50yrs we have decided to retire and sell one of our properties. Mixed use, 8 res and 1 business. Rural area along the Albany, NY / Utica, NY corridor. Looking for a commercial Broker to assist us with the possiblities. If allowed, we would like to hear of any Broker recommendations the forum members may have.
