Good Afternoon- have been gone due to a serious illness but I am back! Looking for an investor... have a 12acre property with my primary home on it. Owe less than 250- valued at around 450. I am zoned to add up to 4 modulars on the property and would like to do STR or LTR. Looking for someone interested in a short term loan to pay off existing, get mods in and up and running- then get out with a profit in about 18 months.
