Looking for a Mentor, I live in Southern Virginia
Good day to all BP,
I have always been thinking about the time I will take the jump and actually ask for help advice from an experience investor. I´m new at investing in real state and I´m new at Creative Finance. I have invest in some properties but nothing Big yet. Now I´m trying to buy real state under Sub-to deals and I have one on hand and don´t want to let it go.
I hope this reach to a person/people who will be interested in sharing some of his experience with a newbie trying hard to navigate to this unknown waters.
I´m currently in southern Virginia, am a Veteran and Speak 2 languages (if that helps. English and Spanish), 7 years ago I had 200 dollars in my pocket and that was all for me, that and desire to reach the American dream. I´m getting there, slowly but surely.
