Best loan terms for a 7 unit multifamily $1.1M

Hello Everyone,

I have a 7 unit building in Rochester NH under contract. My partner and I are shopping for a commercial loan. We are looking at rate and term mostly. 30 year for 6.5, no points would be outstanding! I have 20+ years multi experience, my partner has a big downpayment.
