Investor Friendly Realtor

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for an investor friendly realtor for the Baltimore market that works with out of state investors.  I need someone that knows the city, the areas to avoid and the up and coming areas.  Preferably, the realtor should be Baltimore based or very near to Baltimore.
