Off Market Apartment Complexs

Jake Forgione
Posted

Hello All!

I am looking for agents and brokers working in the Boston and New Hampshire markets that come across, and are familiar with, apartment complex’s from 25-100 units. I am a local investor looking to build long term relationships in my area and to be a resource to my fellow RE professionals. Ideally I am looking for deals that are in need of slight repair. No new builds. If you would like to connect please feel free to message me! I look forward to chatting with you all.
