Agent Looking For Creative Friendly Brokerage
Hi, I have a friend who is a realtor in Tampa Florida. She is extremely interested in creative financing, and is learning a lot about it. I use her when I can, the problem is her current broker. They have advised her to recommend short sale, and foreclosure instead of recommending subject to for her clients. She is looking for another brokerage in the Tampa, New Tampa, Wesley Chapel areas, that is not only open to creative financing, but deals with it regularly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
