Help getting my property rent ready!
Hey everyone. Looking to get some work done in one of my units to get it to rent ready asap. Does anyone have any recommendations for handymen/contractors for a good price? Property is in Anoka MN, 800sqft 3 bed 1 bath. Just need it “good enough” so we can get some renters in there. If you have any past experience with anyone please let me know!! Carpet, flooring, possibly paint and some electrical work. Thanks!
