Looking for an agent that can help with leasing/rental agreements
Hi! I'm actually in Ventura County and i'm having a hard time finding a realtor that assist me in contacting the property management so I can lease a space for a franchise. Granted, I can do it myself, but I would like someone that is well-versed in reading the agreements/contracts so I won't get hosed. Should I be looking for other realtors? Are there others that specialize in this? Thanks!
