    I'd be happy to help with financing options. Are you more so looking for purchase and rehab properties or were you looking to purchase turnkey properties?

    For purchase and rehab experience will play a larger role in getting you the best terms. For long-term rentals your options will be more based off your FICO and the cash flow of the property.
