I saw another post that you created mentioning looking to connect with a PM Company.

When you work with your accountant, make sure to provide the annual PM statement that you receive.
This statement will provide items such as the rental income you receieved along with certain costs paid for by the PM copmany such as Property management fees, repairs, renovations, etc.

These items would be deductible by you.
