GSP REI Information?
Anyone familiar with GSP REI? I've enjoyed learning about various capital raisers and their businesses and interested to hear some reviews on this company. How can they guarantee a rate of return and a 9 month hold period? Appears to be equity and not recorded loans either. To me it clearly seems their distributions are just recycling investor dollars or am I wrong?
