looking for an eviction lawyer

Hi everyone,

I just bought one duplex in Youngstown, Ohio. less than one month after I was told the tenant didn't pay the last month to the previous PM and of course didn't pay my first month, my new PM gave him the 3 days notice and we tried to negotiate with him to leave the unit and forget about the amount owed but I guess he doesn't care. Next step is eviction, for that I need a lawyer that does eviction but I don't have one

if anyone can share a lawyer's contact with would be great!!

Don't let them use that as an excuse.

I believe in Ohio you need to be a real estate brokerage to do project management. So, someone in their real estate office in Ohio could handle the eviction even if your point of contact isn't located in Ohio.
