48-Unit, 5.25-ish mil - looking for an investor??
Hi BP investors!
I've got a deal I am exploring and the first commercial investing avenue I explored was only able to offer LTV of 54% which isn't a feasible deal for me. I may be biting off more than I can chew here so really looking for an ally and resource on this deal also. It may not be something I am able to pursue depending on financing but I won't be able to sleep at night if I don't try!
I do have the financials on this property for rent roll and 2023 year end + 2024 YTD.
