NY Closing Layer Needed

I have a real estate deal that is at the finish line that I need an attorney to close out for me. It is a messy deal, and hinges on a firms ability to accept escrow funds and distribute those funds directly to ownership of an entity that has executed it's right to sell an asset from the original member of the LLC. The property is a condo is Brooklyn NY.
