New to BP After Going to an Event
Hey y'all!
My name is Fabian Cantu. I am a project manager that focuses on real estate. Functionally, I serve as a general contractor. I have gathered many resources in each aspect of the real estate process, but most importantly, I have over 60 contractors that have gone through a 5 step vetting process. My contractors have completed a criminal background check, submitted their insurances and licensing (if applicable), the have provided references, and have also undergone a personal interview. I do network marketing almost exclusively. I am constantly in the community looking for more opportunities to help real estate professionals and would love to meet more people involved in this group.
