Canadian looking for a mortgage

Hi Everyone,

I’m looking for assistance on getting a mortgage to fund a house I’m buying which is under contract. I’m a Canadian citizen and have recently obtained my E2 visa to do business in the United States. I don’t have a SSN or credit history currently. I have a 25% down payment and extra funds for closing if needed, the purchase price is $429K, in Fort Worth Texas. Due to me owning multiple properties in Canada a Canadian lender won’t qualify me. Is there any lender in the BP community that can help me out with funding? Thanks in advance!
