Looking for a recommendation for a contractor

Does anyone have a recommendation for a fixer-upper contractor in the Jacksonville metro area?
They need to be licensed, experienced, punctual, and, of course, investor-friendly :)

@Lilach Holtzer highly unlikely that anyone shares anyone good.

Property Management Companies won't share as we keep them too busy.

Flippers won't share as they are afraid of them being "stolen" from them.

Wholesalers may share, but they rarely know any good ones.

Not trying to rain on your parade, just trying to be realistic:)
